1. Marketplace Model
LockSprint operates as an introductory technology marketplace that connects consumers and commercial clients with independent, vetted locksmith contractors in Greater London. LockSprint does not directly employ individual field locksmiths.
2. Service Requests and Availability
Submitting an online booking enquiry through LockSprint does not constitute a guaranteed booking or technician assignment until confirmed by an accepting locksmith partner. LockSprint does not manufacture artificial arrival guarantees.
3. Pricing Transparency & Approval
LockSprint is committed to transparent pricing. Preliminary price guidance or callout notices are communicated before dispatch. Any additional parts, specialized drilling, British Standard lock hardware, or complex mechanism repairs must be clearly explained and agreed with the customer before physical work commences.
4. Customer Cancellation & Safety
Customers may cancel requests in accordance with statutory consumer protections. In circumstances involving immediate physical danger, medical crisis, or trapped vulnerable persons, customers must contact 999 Emergency Services immediately.
5. Regulatory Credentials Notice
LockSprint does not make unverified claims regarding universal accreditations. Individual independent locksmith partners undergo verification of trade identity, insurance, and onboarding standards prior to job allocation.
